Relio AG, a Swiss fintech startup, is developing the first Swiss digital account specifically for SMEs with a technology platform that enables compliance to be largely automated. Relio AG was founded in December 2020 by Lav Odorovic, who previously founded the German challenger bank Penta and served as its CEO. In 2021, Relio closed a pre-seed financing round.

Investors in the CHF 3 million seed round include TX Group AG, SIX Group AG and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF). Relio AG will use the funds from the investment round to start operations as a fintech company with digital business accounts.
