On September 13, 2023, Intrum AB (STO:INTRUM) announced the acquisition of eCollect AG, Europe's leading accounts receivable management platform headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with subsidiaries in Germany and Bulgaria.

eCollect's comprehensive range of services extends from the creation and sending of invoices to the issuing of payment reminders and the handling of pre-trial and judicial debt collection procedures. The acquisition of eCollect AG will accelerate Intrum's transformation into a technology-driven organization.
